Our Response to COVID-19
Dear valued clients and guests,
Our number one priority is your health, safety and well-being.
Rest assured, we have been monitoring the evolving global impact of the novel coronavirus (COVID‑19) to the hospitality industry and are paying close attention to recommendations from the WHO and CDC as we take every additional measure to ensure your safety and protection.
We wanted to update you on the actions we have taken in response to the outbreak.
Protecting you during our visit to your hotel is our number one priority. As always, we take great care in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene when conducting hotel audits and making contact with your employees.
We have supplemented these normal procedures with additional COVID-19 cleanliness-specific guidance, training and information to make our personal hygiene protocols even more rigorous.
Our auditor team are receiving ongoing briefings and enhanced operating protocols:
  • We require auditors wear face masks during the entire engagement.
  • Maintain 6 foot social distancing with employees.
  • In the high-touch area spaces where team members work behind the scenes, like entrances, front desk, housekeeping laundry rooms and staff offices, we have increased the frequency of required hand washing, use of gloves, and face masks.
  • We have increased the deployment of antibacterial hand sanitizers to our audit team.
  • We do self assessment testing of our auditors prior to arrival.
