Audit Hotel provides flexible custom audit programs to meet the needs of hotel owners and operators including full write up reporting and or custom procedural scoring which is provided at the end of each audit. Audit Hotel has over 25 years of hospitality experience. We have been retained by top brand hotel chains and independent hotels to provide our audit consulting services.

Internal auditing is an independent, objective assurance and consulting activity designed to add value and improve an organizations operations. It helps an organization accomplish its objectives by bringing a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, control and governance processes. Our audit hotel consulting services can be applied to individually owned hotels or multiple properties owned or operated by a hotel management company. The same internal audit procedures can be applied for hotels with less then 25 rooms or over 1000 rooms.

We are highly experienced in hospitality management and offer a wide level of experience to each engagement with the latest and greatest industry standards in use today. We provide hospitality consulting services, and are not certified public accountants.

John is an accomplished hospitality professional with more than twenty-five years of experience working in hotel management, operations, and accounting, including six years of auditing experience working in a certified public accounting firm specializing in the hospitality industry. John has conducted and managed numerous internal field audits of varied hotel organizations, including full service Embassy Suites, Marriott, Best Western, and independent boutique hotels. John started in the hospitality industry as a bellman in high school working his way up into various positions, including front desk, maintenance, controller, general manager, corporate controller, regional controller, executive management, internal and external auditor, trustee, and owner. John has a BS in Financial Accounting from National University, and studied Business Management at CSU Chico.
